Fit chicks rock

No matter how you get there what matters most is that you get there. This week has been an insane fit week for me. I've been kicked into high gear. Thank goodness! It's been a long time coming but I'm back on track. Last night I did 20 miles on the bike at the gym. Yes everyone was looking at me like when is she getting off...UMM SOON AS I feel this FAT CRYING THAT's when!!!! Who going check me boo?!  I'm so serious. I'm at a place where I have to go hard!

Holidays are coming and I'm going to look and feel FAB!

I think I'm finally back in full swing. I've had many setbacks this year but I've been determined to overcome. Finally got the refrigerator and cabinets stocked healthy! Yay!!! Hit the gym this morning even though I was tired as a dog. Kicked out 10 miles on the bike and did some chest and back strength workouts (my favorite). I just love the look it gives. Pop that chest and sexy back in a black dress. Yes yes yes!!! I've drank what seems like a gallon of water today and no unnecessary snacking. I even managed to get in 5 meals today!! Yes this girl is on FIRE!!
